Privacy at LRC Service.

When you submit a service request, LRC Service collects the contact and vehicle information you provide so the shop can respond, review the concern, and manage the request. The website does not ask for payment details or a vehicle identification number.

Authorized staff can view service requests. Technical providers used to operate the site may process this information on LRC Service’s behalf, including hosting, database, and email providers. Request details are not included in analytics events.

Drafts in your browser

While you complete the form, this browser tab can save an unfinished request for recovery for up to 24 hours. You can clear the draft from the form. A successful submission clears the saved draft. Draft storage is separate from the request sent to the shop.
